1. Services Provided

JF Grab Hire Leeds offers grab lorry hire, inert waste removal (including rubble, hardcore, soil), small-scale demolition work (e.g., garage takedowns), and subcontracting for motorway and overnight works. All services are subject to availability and agreement at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or over the phone.

  • A quote will be provided based on the information supplied; final pricing may vary depending on job scope.

  • Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement. We reserve the right to request payment in advance or a deposit for certain jobs.

  • Late or failed payments may result in additional charges or suspended services.

3. Access & Site Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the site.

  • If access is obstructed or unsafe, we may charge for lost time or reschedule the job.

  • Any required permits or permissions (e.g., for roadside works) must be arranged in advance by the client, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Delays

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out charge.

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or access issues may affect completion times.

5. Waste Restrictions

  • We only collect non-hazardous, inert waste unless otherwise agreed.

  • The client must not dispose of hazardous items (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, gas canisters) without prior notice and written approval.

  • Additional charges may apply for contaminated or unauthorised waste.

6. Liability

  • While we take care to avoid damage, JF Grab Hire Leeds is not liable for damage to underground services, driveways, or surfaces not built to withstand heavy vehicle access unless negligence can be proven.

  • You are responsible for informing us of any risks or site-specific hazards in advance.

7. Subcontracted Work

  • For motorway and overnight jobs, we may operate under subcontract for larger companies. These projects will be subject to any additional terms provided by the main contractor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on this website remain the intellectual property of JF Grab Hire Leeds and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
